Life is heavy? This is one of the phrases I learned from “Mall cop” which I watched last Saturday..This sentence is quite meaningful as it was not only describe his weight (fat) but his life as well.. Izit our life really will become heavier and heavier? My life these few weeks had become heavier no matter physically or mentally..Oh gosh, I had gained back my 80kg!! it was expected as I really eat a lot during exam time plus no exercise this few weeks..
EAT + NO SPORT = FAT
Life is full of responsibility, worried, duty, burden and pressures..So, life is definitely heavier when u past through all the process. Thus, we had to find some ways keep “fit”.. By the way, “mall cop” is quite funny and nice..
